Club Goals Check-In Time

The District 7815 Annual general Meeting will take place Tuesday, May 21 at 6:30pm ADT on Zoom. We need to appoint three voting representatives for this AGM. You can find information about this meeting on the D7815 website by going to a 2024-25 Annual General Meeting Tab. The link to register is below.

 

By the way: how are you doing with your ticket sales? May 24th will be here soon, but there's still lots of time to sell. And remember why we're doing it: to support organizations in need of funding to carry out the work they do.

- May 21, 2024: Rotary District 7815 Annual General Meeting at 6:30 p.m. (ADT). This AGM will be held by zoom. The zoom link has not yet been provided. I am told this is the link to register: 

 

 

- May 24, 2024: Ticket Draw. THIS MONTH.

 

- May 29, 2024: GMCC Business After 5 at Moncton Golf Club. This is an opportunity to promote our club, promote ribfest, seek sponsors, volunteers, and new members.

 

- May 25-29, 2024: Rotary International Convention in Singapore.

 

- June 1, 2024: Dragon Boat Festival.

 

- June 14-16, 2024: District Conference is in St. Pierre & Miquelon. 

 

- June 20-23, 2024: Ribfest 2024 at Riverfront Park. This is an all-hands-on deck event for our club and you are asked to reserve some time in your calendars so that you can volunteer. LESS THAN TWO MONTHS AWAY.

 

- August 29, 2024: Rotary Charity Classic golf tournament.
