Some reminders from last week. The Golf Classic committee is in need of teams for the event. If you or someone you know would like to sign up, please contact Ian Franklin.
The committee also needs items for the Auction. Please consider donating an item yourself or ask a business you use to donate. These items are being collected by Mel Kennah.
We will have a volunteer tent at the Jamaican Jerk Festival July 21 and August 1. If you can volunteer some time to help this organization and promote Rotary, please contact Sherry Trenholm.
August is Membership Month
In August, Rotary will celebrate Membership Month. A time to focus on our members and to strengthen our clubs.
Rotary's true strength lies not only in what we do day to day but also the long term effect we have on the lives of others and in our communities.
It's a great opportunity to share your Rotary story, invite someone you know to a meeting or take part in a volunteer opportunity.
