Here is a list of club updates:

 

1. A proposed set of new bylaws was recently circulated to you all by email. Please review those critically. These will be discussed during the March 22 business meeting and, if appropriate, a motion to adopt the proposed bylaws may be tabled. It is important to have engagement and input. It is necessary to have a good club turnout.

 

2. This Saturday, March 16, from 10am - 12pm, we will be having a strategic planning meeting in view of drafting a strategic plan for the club. You are all invited to join this session which will be facilitated by PDG Darren Hansen. Location: room E1055 at the Welsey Armour Building at NBCC Moncton. 

 

3. Please mark these dates in your calendars:

 

- March 15, 2024: St. Patrick's Day celebration at Old Triangle. Please let Sandy Mollins know if you plan to attend.

 

- April 19, 2024: Ticket Draw.

 

- April 20, 2024: Rotary Leadership Institute Levels 1, 2, and 3 in Fredericton. The deadline to register is March 24th. If you have questions, please contact: rliatlantic@gmail.com

 

- May 25-29, 2024: Rotary International Convention in Singapore.

 

- June 1, 2024: Dragon Boat Festival.

 

- June 14-16, 2024: District Conference is in St. Pierre & Miquelon. 

 

- June 20-23, 2024: Ribfest 2024 at Riverfront Park. This is an all-hands-on deck event for our club and you are asked to reserve some time in your calendars so that you can volunteer.
