Rotary Ribfest… Golf Tournaments… Ticket Draws…
Every year, generous people like you support these beloved Rotary Club of Moncton West & Riverview fundraisers. And because of your support, we’re able to give over $150,000 to much-needed community organizations like Moncton Headstart; Crossroads for Women; Sistema; Boys & Girls Clubs of Riverview and Moncton; Food Depot Alimentaire, and others.
 
But this year is different.
This year, each of these charities had to cancel their main fundraising events. And worse, because of the pandemic, they’re all facing increased demand for the programs and essential services they provide.
 
Less money. More need.
Over the years, your support meant these charities could count on a regular income. But without that income – without your help – a child won’t have supper tonight because the family is running out of cash. Or a woman will be trapped by the hands of an abusive partner, stuck in quarantine with reduced access to friends and family.
 
 
 
We can’t let these community members down.
We need generous rib lovin’, golf swingin’, ticket buyin’ heroes like you to save the day. We can’t gather at fundraising events as we have in the past, but the moms, children, young women, and neighbours who count on your support still need you – more than ever.
